Online Payments (click here for more information)

The online payment feature for Alburnett CSD will open August 12. A one-time only 5-digit student ID # is required. These numbers can be picked up in person beginning Monday, August 12. Please do not call the school offices for this number – unfortunately we are not staffed to answer this volume of calls. Student ID #s can be picked up from the Central Office during the day or outside the high school office on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday from 4:00-6:00.

The process involves FOUR elements:

1)    Create an Account


·      “Sign Up” tab – upper left

·      Options are Credit Card or Electronic Check

·      We suggest using your email address as your User Name Login

·      You will receive an email with a link and confirmation number to activate the account

·      Log in using your new account

·      Add students from “Add/View Students” tab – This will require 5-digit student ID #’s for each student you wish to link to your account

        2)    Pay Registration & Optional Fees

·      “Fees” tab – “Make a Fee Payment”

·      “+” to pay Assigned Fees or Optional Fees (including multiple students)

·      “Review & Pay”

·      Receipt will be emailed

        3)    Pay Lunch Accounts

·      “Lunch” tab – “Make Lunch Payment”

·      Add desired amount and “Create Transaction”

        4)    Customize your account (optional)

·      “Lunch” tab – “Auto Replenishment”

·      “My Account” tab to manage preferences such as automatic email notices
